A screener on dvd, blu-ray or as digital file can be sent to the address below before August 15th 2013. There is no entry fee.

BIFF does not normally show foreign short films. If there is a Norwegian link it may be eliegble for the Norwegian Short Film Competition. Read more here! (In Norwegian).

Accreditation for BIFF 2013
BIFF 2013 accreditations are not yet open. You will be able to either apply for a PRESS, INDUSTRY or VIDEO INDUSTRY accreditation.
PRESS
Press accreditations are free of charge. BIFF can decline or approve any applications, and decisions are final. If you wish to book a hotel, you can also apply for this during the registration.
INDUSTRY and VIDEO INDUSTRY
These two accreditations have a fee of NOK 1495, which must be paid via PayPal when you register. If you wish to book a hotel, you can do this during registration. These accreditations give you access to all of BIFFs film screenings (unless the screening is sold out). This means you have the opportunity to see as many of the 150 great fiction films and documentaries from all over the world as you like. You may also attend the festival’s events and seminars – check around the site to sign up for these.
Play an active part in making BIFF an amazing experience for everyone - and watch as many films as you want for free!
